Sply Black

Challenge
Sply Black sold well online and disappeared on a shelf.
The label had grown out of a drop-based Instagram practice and into stockists, and nothing about the packaging told a shopper in a shop what the brand stood for or which piece they were holding.

Overview
Sply Black is a streetwear supply label with a stockist list that had doubled in a year.
Brandora built a system that works at arm's length: a mark that reads at 8mm, a colour rule that separates the four product lines without printing four different brands, and a box that opens into the lookbook.
The retail kit, the swing tags, the mailer and the drop announcements all came out of the same set of parts, so a new line costs a decision rather than a redesign.

Conclusion
We can walk into a stockist now and see our own shelf from the door. The system also survived us adding a line halfway through the season, which is the real test.
