Nero Web

Challenge
Nero Web had a strong portfolio and a website that made it look like everyone else's.
Every enquiry arrived asking what they charged and none arrived asking what they thought, which is the wrong end of a conversation for a studio that sells judgement.

Overview
Nero Web is a five-person studio building interfaces for software companies that ship in the dark.
Brandora built an identity around that constraint rather than around a colour: a type system that holds at low contrast, a grid that lets one project fill the screen, and a site whose first screen is work rather than a claim.
The case studies were restructured to open with the problem and close with the decision, which is the part prospective clients were actually reading for.

Conclusion
The site now does the qualifying for us. Briefs arrive with a budget and a reason attached, and the first call starts somewhere useful instead of at the rate card.
