Label Micro

Challenge
Label Micro had built a genuinely faster way to move money between small suppliers, and almost nobody could explain it in a sentence.
Six months of paid acquisition had produced sign-ups that never funded an account. The product was not the problem; the story in front of it was.

Overview
Label Micro is a payments platform for suppliers who invoice in one currency and get paid in another.
Brandora rebuilt the launch from the proposition outward: a single claim the founders could defend, a visual system that could survive being shrunk to an app icon, and a campaign that led with the number rather than the technology.
The work ran across the product surface, the launch site, paid social and a six-week partner programme, so a supplier who met the brand in a feed and again in the app met the same brand twice.

Conclusion
Brandora gave us one sentence we could all say out loud, and then made everything else agree with it. Funded accounts in the first month of the new campaign were up by more than half on the quarter before.
