Digital Marketing

About the role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Brandora you will run paid, lifecycle and analytics as one system rather than three dashboards. You will decide where the budget goes, prove what it returned, and be the person who says when a channel has stopped working. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable arguing with a spreadsheet as briefing a creative team.
What you'll do every day
You will plan and run campaigns across paid social, search and email, build the tests that tell you which creative is doing the work, and keep the measurement honest enough to make decisions on. You will brief creative, report to clients in language they can act on, and spend a good part of the week deciding what to stop doing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run and optimise paid media across search, social and display.
- Own lifecycle and email programmes end to end.
- Build and maintain measurement that survives a hard question.
- Design and run creative testing programmes with the studio.
- Report performance to clients clearly, including the bad weeks.
- Manage budgets and forecast what more spend would actually buy.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience running paid media at meaningful budget levels.
- Fluency with analytics, attribution and their limits.
- Experience with lifecycle and email as well as acquisition.
- The ability to brief creative usefully rather than descriptively.
- Clear written reporting for non-specialist audiences.
Who we're looking for
Someone who is sceptical of their own dashboards. You know that a falling cost per click can hide a rising cost per customer, you test things you expect to fail, and you are willing to recommend spending less. You explain trade-offs without jargon, which is rarer than it should be.
Skills and expertise
Paid social and search, lifecycle marketing, analytics and attribution, creative testing, budgeting and forecasting. You are at home in the major ad platforms and in a spreadsheet.
Why join us
Brandora is small enough that your work is visible and structured enough that it ships. You will see projects from the first conversation to the launch rather than inheriting a brief and handing off a file. We work across industries on purpose, we protect focus time, and we would rather you left at six having done something good than stayed until nine doing something adequate. Reviews are quarterly, salary bands are written down, and there is a real budget for the conference or the course you keep meaning to go to.
