Content Creator

About the role
As a Content Creator at Brandora you will make the work that actually gets seen: short film, stills, carousels, edits and the occasional thing nobody has a name for yet. You will shoot, edit and post, often in the same day, for brands whose audiences can tell within a second whether something was made with care. This is a role for someone who is genuinely fast without being careless.
What you'll do every day
You will plan and shoot content against the campaign calendar, edit it for the platform it is going to rather than for a master file, and get it out while it is still relevant. You will work with the social manager on what to make next, with the designer on how it should look, and with clients on the day, on location, when the plan changes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content for social and paid channels.
- Cut platform-native versions rather than resizing one master.
- Maintain a shot list and an asset library the whole team can use.
- Work on location with clients, talent and small crews.
- Keep every deliverable inside the brand's visual system.
- Track what performs and let it change what you make next.
Qualifications
- A reel or portfolio of short-form work you shot and cut yourself.
- Confidence with a camera, a light and a lavalier in a room you did not choose.
- Fluency in Premiere or Resolve, and in After Effects for the simple things.
- An eye for pacing -- knowing when a cut is two frames too long.
- Comfort producing at volume without letting the quality slide.
Who we're looking for
Someone who can turn a half-formed idea into a finished thing before the moment passes. You are unfussy about kit, particular about sound, and you understand that a good idea shot badly is a bad piece of content. You are happy being the whole crew and equally happy being one part of a bigger one.
Skills and expertise
Photography, videography, short-form editing, colour, sound, basic motion graphics and platform-native formats. You know your way around Premiere or Resolve, Lightroom and enough After Effects to be dangerous.
Why join us
Brandora is small enough that your work is visible and structured enough that it ships. You will see projects from the first conversation to the launch rather than inheriting a brief and handing off a file. We work across industries on purpose, we protect focus time, and we would rather you left at six having done something good than stayed until nine doing something adequate. Reviews are quarterly, salary bands are written down, and there is a real budget for the conference or the course you keep meaning to go to.
